Sixty Nine (65) are on permanent terms while Seventy (70) are on contract terms. As a result, most of the senior and key staffs have degrees in Land Economics, Building Construction, Marketing, and Law among other related academic qualifications. These can be broken down as follows:

  • Degrees in Land Economics - 13 No.
  • Degrees in Building Construction - 3 No.
  • Other Related Degrees - 4 No.
  • Qualification in Accounting - 4 No.
  • Diplomas & Certificates - 54 No.

The above spread of professional qualifications allows Regent to undertake property management as efficiently as it can be done.
