We hereby invite you to submit a tender for the construction of a caretaker’s house and site office at Solio Gardens, Milimani Area, Kitengela.
Interested bidders are required to visit the project site to familiarize themselves with the location and scope of works prior to submission.

- Proposed floor plan for the building
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for completion
Submission Details:
The deadline for submission is Tuesday, 28th April 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at Regent Management Offices, Upper Hill (next to Citibank).
